BE IT RESOLVED, That Thomas W. Wolf, Governor of Pennsylvania, be impeached for misbehavior in office and that the following Articles of Impeachment be exhibited to the Senate:

“Wherefore, Governor Thomas W. Wolf is guilty of an impeachable offense warranting removal from office and disqualification to hold any office of trust or profit under this commonwealth.”

25 Pa. lawmakers calling for Gov. Wolf to be impeached
“HARRISBURG, Pa. – More than two dozen Pennsylvania lawmakers are calling for Governor Tom Wolf to be impeached over his administration’s response to the COVID-19 crisis.
Republican state Representative Daryl Metcalfe and 24 co-sponsors have filed five articles of impeachment against Wolf.
In a statement, Metcalfe likened the governor to a “dictator” and said Wolf should be impeached for what he calls “misbehavior” in the office. Metcalfe says Wolf has “harmed” citizens and “violated” their rights with his stay-at-home rules.”
