Where one or more cures exist, there can be no warrant for lockdown, military or other home invasion, detainment, forced hospitalization, or forced medical protocols, whether represented as diagnostic or therapeutic.
1. ALKALINITY WORKS! Viruses cannot easily invade nearby cells in an alkaline environment.
A. First thing in the morning and last thing at night, take ~1⁄4 teaspoon of baking soda under the tongue. Let it drizzle down your throat for an alkalinity shield overnight and in the morning.
B. Steam respiratory passages using a small pot of boiled, purified water (not from a plastic container) with a little baking soda. Apply a drop of peppermint or tea tree oil inside the nostrils. Breathe steam for 20-30 minutes.
2. HEAT WORKS! Viruses cannot continue to invade nearby cells at temps >132.8 ̊ F ≈ 56 ̊ C.
A. After steaming, breathe hot air from a hair dryer for 10-15 minutes. ( BE CAREFUL – Not Too Hot! )
B. Get into a sauna, bath or hot sun (but be sure to do A, too!)
3. GOOD IMMUNITY WORKS!
A. Place halves of a piece of toilet paper, rolled up, in a capful of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Insert the rolls into the ears overnight, just one ear by day, to cleanse any head cold infection and protect the brain against microwave radiation (MWR). By day, inhale nebulized H2O2.
B. Avoid wireless infrastructures & devices, and as possible, get rid of wireless devices, which damage body systems, organs, cells and DNA, and deprive hemoglobin of O2. They locate and surveil you. For shielding, use wet clay/soil, paint, fabric, etc., and get grounded outside.
C. Take megadoses of Vitamin C; also Iodine, Vitamin A, Vitamin D from the Sun, and NAC.
D. Chew on and swallow raw garlic and/or ginger by day; grow and eat Artemisia.
E. Eat foods containing citrus, garlic, ginger, onions, oregano and turmeric for prevention; or if sick in bed, apply a heated poultice with these and sliced lemons or limes and place on a sheet of cheesecloth on the chest. For cough, use honey.
G. Use immune-boosting artemisia, cinnamon oil, echinachea, elderberry, kombucha, MMS (ClO2), olive leaf, oregano oil, pine, probiotics, quinine, tea tree oil, etc., while prioritizing 1&2.
H. DO NOT eat sugar or substitutes, or pesticided, processed or fast food.
I. DON’T take metals (zinc, silver, copper): they increase MWR absorption. Exception: when a person is hospitalized, use HClQ+zinc+VitaC+nebulized H2O2.
J. DON’T use toxic disinfectants! They function as chemical weapons, undermining immunity.
K. Breathe deeply 40 times, mask-free. Masks are nonprotective and impair O2 absorption.
L. DO love and follow the Great Holy Spirit. Love your neighbor as yourself!
