Help Stop the Fast Tracking of California Bills that Take Away Parental Rights and Personal Belief Exemptions

February 9, 2022 | By National Health Freedom Action | Take Action Here |

February 7, 2022, California Senate Voted to Waive The 30-Day Waiting Period for Taking Action on Two Dangerous California Bills That Would Negatively Impact Children and Families.

CA SB866 would allow minors 12 years and older to consent to vaccines including the COVID-19 vaccine without parental consent.

CA SB 871 would add COVID-19 to the list of diseases children must be immunized against in order to attend school.  It would also remove the current personal belief exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine or additional immunization requirements deemed appropriate by the department.

SB866 and SB871 are currently in the Rules Committee awaiting their committee assignments for hearings.  On Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 1:30pm the Senate Rules Committee will be meeting and referring proposed bills to committees.  Ask the Rules Committee to refer these bills to numerous committees because of their important potential impact on California children and families.
