Many USA states as well as the federal government have policies to allow weather modification and other atmospheric “research” hazards. In Oklahoma, and other states such as California, the programs are compartmentalized under water resources management.
The 2008 scientific report titled “Flood or Drought: How Do Aerosols Affect Precipitation?” states: “The radiative effects of aerosols on clouds mostly act to suppress precipitation.”
In other words, these activities would be expected to cause drought, flooding, fires, and other weather and climate extremes.
70+ years of deliberate polluting of the environment via weather engineering is causing catastrophic damage to nature and to human health. It’s time to bring an end to weather modification and other harmful atmospheric polluting activities.

Under United Nations Agenda 21, international atmospheric chemistry “research” programs were adopted by participating nations via the UN World Meteorological Organization. Outside the context of legitimate governance, weather engineering programs have been operating without safety regulations, public oversight or public consent.
Former CIA Director and Ambassador to the UN George Bush Sr. signed the United States into UN Agenda 21.
“What is at stake is more than one small country. It is a big idea, a new world order where diverse nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the universal aspirations of man kind; peace and security, freedom and the rule of law. Such is a world worthy of our struggle and worthy of our children’s future.” LINK

“GAW also supports the enhancement of aviation meteorological services through research of atmospheric aerosol dispersion.”
The Rain Enhancement Experiment WMO International : “During the last twenty-thirty years considerable work has been done in Russia on the development of methods and technical means to dissipate some forms of clouds and preventing or substantially reducing precipitation amount over protected areas.”
