A federal court ruled that the First Amendment requires the State of Mississippi to provide the option for students who request a religious exemption from the vaccine requirement. Mississippi was one of just six states that did not provide a religious exemption for students to attend school.
Informed Consent Action Network provided the litigation funding for the lawsuit to defend the constitutional rights of parents and students.
Legislators in the State of Wyoming introduced House Bill No. HB0143, prohibiting health mandates and requirements from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the United States centers for disease control (CDC).
The proposed new state law states that these organizations: “shall have no jurisdiction in Wyoming and any requirements, mandates, recommendations, instructions or guidance provided by either organization shall not be used in this state to justify any mask, vaccine or medical testing requirements and shall have no force or effect in Wyoming”.
This law would protect the people of Wyoming and their economy from unconstitutional mandates. May all 50 states introduce and pass similar legislation. -JD
H.J. RES. 7 | “Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled That, pursuant to section 202 of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622), the national emergency declared by the finding of the President on March 13, 2020, in Proclamation 9994 (85 Fed. Reg. 15337) is hereby terminated.”
Passed the House of Representatives February 1, 2023.
Congressman Thomas Massie of Kentucky has been a strong advocate for the American people to end the CV emergency, end mandates, and stop mandatory vaxx.
Rep. Massie points out that the National Emergencies Act was invoked on March 13, 2020 under Donald Trump and extended by Joe Biden’s administration. We were told 15 days to slow the spread and now it has been over 1,000 days. Congress was supposed to vote to extend the Act every six months, but they did not follow the law. Joe Biden wants to extend the emergency another 100 days, but it should end now. -JD

The UN WHO is attempting a massive power grab to rush through proposals in an attempt to usurp national and state sovereignty. Big Pharma, CDC, Bill Gates, and partners are trying to install a binding treaty that amounts to a direct attack on individual rights, medical choice, the right to privacy, and freedom from discrimination based on vaxx status.
USA States and the federal government have the constitutional authority to reject WHO proposals and protect the rights of the American people under the 10th Amendment.
It’s vital that the USA exit and stop funding the WHO. H.R.7931, has been reintroduced as H.R. 79, by Arizona Congressman Biggs, “To direct the President to withdraw the United States from the Constitution of the World Health Organization, and for other purposes”.
Similar negotiations took place last month for drafting a new WHO pandemic treaty.
While the two are often conflated, the proposed IHR amendments and the proposed pandemic treaty represent two separate but related sets of proposals that would fundamentally alter the WHO’s ability to respond to “public health emergencies” throughout the world — and, critics warn, significantly strip nations of their sovereignty.
According to author and researcher James Roguski, these two proposals would transform the WHO from an advisory organization to a global governing body whose policies would be legally binding.
