1978 EPA Report: Efforts to Protect the Public from Radiation

A 1978 Government Accounting Office (GAO) report on Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) efforts to protect the public from exposure to low-level radiation was requested by New York Congressmember Elizabeth Holtzman, in August 1977.

The potential harmful health effects of low-level radiation were recognized and became a subject of national interest.

According to the 15 page report, symptoms attributed to low-level exposure to radiation include, “headache, weariness, dizziness, irritability, emotional instability, partial loss of memory, loss of appetite, cardiovascular effects, electroencephalogram changes, blood chemistry changes, changes in respiration, and possible genetic effects.”

Today there are zero agencies monitoring or measuring radiation to protect public health and environmental safety.

Despite the lack of a protective safety standard and the failure of government agencies to stop radiation, individuals and communities everywhere are organizing to establish strong regulatory barriers at the local level to stop radiation deployments, prevent harm, and protect all life.

Wyoming Law Expands Food Freedom Act

Wyoming Senate Bill 102 (SF102) went into effect July 1st, allowing more producers and sellers of homemade foods to reach Wyoming consumers. The new law adds eggs and dairy products to the list of foods that can be sold at farmer’s markets, as well as ranches, farms, producer’s homes, offices, or other third-party retail stores.

Known as the Food Freedom Act amendments, the law prohibits “a state standard for food and health inspection for homemade foods that is more stringent than any standard promulgated by the United State department of agriculture.”

SF102 is another victory for state’s rights and increases the ability for Wyoming residents to buy fresh, local food.

White House Announces Plan to Block the Sun

The White House has released a new report, “Congressionally Mandated Research Plan and an Initial Research Governance Framework Related to Solar Radiation Management,” outlining the plan to deploy geoengineering programs, that are being framed as “research”.

The schemes involve the intentional release of chemical aerosols to block sunlight from reaching the Earth. The document acknowledges harmful potential consequences of deliberately contaminating the air, such as increased public exposure to particulate matter and toxic air pollution, psychological impacts, changes in the color of the sky, precipitation reduction, reduction of crop yields, and other “known unknowns.”

The proposal is not new, it actually reiterates other programs for geoengineering “research” such as Obama-Biden’s 2010 “A Coordinated Strategy Could Focus Federal Geoengineering Research and Inform Governance Efforts” and “Preliminary Observations on Geoengineering Science, Federal Efforts, and Governance Issues.”

Trump’s Geoengineering program was called The Federal Weather Enterprise. (Weather and climate engineering history follows a continuum, regardless of political party).

Additionally, the report calls for international cooperation and governance via the United Nations (UN) World Meteorology Organization (WMO), an agency that is already engaged in “research of atmospheric aerosol dispersion.”

This report is an attempt seeking to legitimize geoengineering, a form of environmental warfare involving deliberate poisoning of the air and blocking the sunlight. The public does not consent to geoengineering.

10th Amendment Victory: Louisiana affirms right to nullify unconstitutional acts of the federal government

Senate Concurrent Resolution (SRC) 21 passed in both the House and Senate chambers, affirming Louisiana’s Constitutional right to “to nullify unconstitutional acts of the federal government.”

Citing sovereignty and inviolable rights of the people the document states, “All government, of right, originates with the people, is founded on their will alone, and is instituted to protect the rights of the individual and for the good of the whole”.

SRC 21 provides a valuable model for other states to protect the liberty of all Americans from federal encroachment.

The Biden administration continues to push dangerous and unproven technology, such as Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), by providing massive tax credits to CCS companies through the Inflation Reduction Act.

A 2,000-mile carbon capture pipeline is planned to be built through five states by Summit Carbon Solutions (SCS). The company has gone to court to try and seize property rights from over 80 South Dakota landowners because their land is located in the path of the pipeline.

In 2020, a Mississippi town was poisoned when a carbon dioxide pipeline ruptured. 45 people were hospitalized and at least 200 people were evacuated.
